What is the processing time for orders?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Saturday, will be processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after this time or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Wouja offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4-10 business days, depending on your location.
What is the return policy for products purchased from Wouja?
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as clearance products or personalized/custom items, may not be eligible for return.
